Who we are

Smart Home ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Nexus Growth Pty Ltd, operates this website as a referral and advertising service. We connect consumers with independent third-party service providers, advertisers, and partners across a range of industries, including but not limited to home improvement, insurance, financial services, debt relief, real estate, and automotive services. We are not a provider, contractor, insurer, lender, or financial adviser.

What information we collect

We do not collect personal information directly through this website. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details on our pages. Any personal information you provide is entered directly on a third-party provider's or advertiser's website, and is governed by their own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following tracking technologies:

Meta (Facebook) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel collects data such as your browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our site. This data is used to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can learn more about how Meta uses your data at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Click and conversion tracking: When you click a link on our website to visit a third-party provider's or advertiser's page, we may pass a click identifier and general campaign information (such as the traffic source) through the URL. This helps us and our advertising partners measure which ads led to your visit. No personally identifiable information is included in this data.

Other tracking tools: From time to time, we may use additional analytics or advertising pixels from platforms such as Google, TikTok, or other advertising networks. These tools collect similar data to measure ad performance and deliver relevant advertising.

Compensation disclosure

Smart Home may receive compensation when you click through to a third-party website or complete an action such as submitting an application or requesting a quote. This compensation does not affect the pricing, quotes, or terms you receive from the third-party provider.
